The Sonic series is NOT Nintendo exclusive, folks. The series is partnered with Nintendo for three games. Two of which have already been announced, and none of which Nintendo are actually working on! Its literally just Sega with Nintendo publishing it.
ON THAT NOTE, those 2/3 games are being released this year. And the third game is most likely a spinoff.
